We're Hiring Volunteers

Filer Rural Fire District is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our volunteer team. Whether you're interested in fire suppression, emergency medical services, or community education, there's a place for you here.

No prior experience is required. We provide all the training you need to serve safely and effectively.

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Idaho driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Commitment to training and response obligations
• Reside or work within a reasonable distance of the district

Time Commitment

Volunteers are expected to attend regular training sessions and respond to emergency calls when available. We understand our members have full-time jobs and families — we work with your schedule.
